Receptionist

1- Ensure that the reception area is maintained in an organized manner and supervise the cleanliness of the place.
2- Manage and update conference room bookings within Outlook for meetings.
3- Use the company’s internal network to search for employee contact information.
4- Answering incoming calls, either directly to reception or forwarding them to the operations department.
5- Ensure that unauthorized individuals are not allowed to enter the buildings.
6- Ensure that the registration form is created for the client.
7- Organizing the registration form archive inside the Operations Department.
8- Ensure that the client’s papers are registered to the operation management.
9- Skills required for a receptionist: Outlook/Word/Excel
10- Responsible for directing the Facility Department.
11- Support the Facility department.
12- Update rotation trackers.
13- High academic qualification.
14- good looking with formal attire. 
 


Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)Professional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitudeHigh school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
