- Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across B2B clients and online marketplace platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Monitor account performance and provide insights to optimize sales and customer experience.
- Conduct business reviews with clients to discuss performance, opportunities, and challenges.
B2B Sales:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients, creating tailored proposals to meet their needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with B2B clients to secure profitability
- Drive revenue growth by expanding the company’s presence on digital marketplaces like Talabat, Talabat Mart, Breadfast, Amazon, Cartona, and similar platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that increase product visibility and sales on these platforms.
Digital Marketplace Sales:
- Manage listings, promotions, and campaigns on digital platforms to maximize visibility and sales.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth on platforms like Amazon, Talabat, and others.
- Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Monitor competition and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge on digital platforms.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasting, and performance analysis to guide decision-making.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account management and sales performance.
- Provide actionable insights to management to improve sales strategies and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Specialist, preferably within the B2B sector and/or digital marketplaces. (3 years as minimum)Strong knowledge of online sales channels like Talabat Mart, Breadfast, Amazon, and Cartona.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online sales platforms.
