Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of construction claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and comprehensive.
- Utilize planning software, particularly Primavera, to support project scheduling and claim substantiation.
- Create and review programs to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and project documents to identify potential claim opportunities and support dispute resolution.
- Draft and edit claim documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professional presentation.
- Maintain organized records of all claims-related documents and correspondence. Qualifications:
- Background in civil engineering with experience in construction planning and scheduling, with proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Experience in contract administration and construction claims preparation.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with strong technical writing skills. Arabic proficiency is good (not mandatory)
