About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee our supply chain operations at our electrical appliances manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the industry, warehouse management, and proficiency with ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and optimize the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery.
•Oversee warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management.
•Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
•Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
•Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
•Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
•Utilize ERP systems to manage supply chain processes and data.
•Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.
•Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
Requirements:
•Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
•Extensive knowledge of warehouse management and logistics.
•Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain software.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
•Effective communication and negotiation skills.
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
