Key Accountabilities:

Security Infrastructure Design and Implementation:

• Design, implement, and manage security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and endpoint protection.
• Ensure the integration and proper functioning of security technologies across the organization.

Security Policy and Procedure Development:

• Develop, update, and enforce security policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures align with business objectives.

Incident Response and Forensics:

• Lead incident response efforts during security breaches or incidents, including investigation, analysis, and resolution.
• Conduct digital forensics to identify the root cause of security incidents and recommend corrective actions.

Security Audits and Assessments:

• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to address identified security vulnerabilities.

Security Awareness and Training:

• Develop and deliver security training programs to educate employees on security best practices.
• Foster a security-conscious culture throughout the organization.

Security Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date security documentation, including system configurations, security baselines, and incident reports.
• Generate regular security reports for management and stakeholders.

Security Research and Innovation:

• Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry trends.
• Evaluate and recommend new security tools and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture.
