- Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in the factory
- Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; and estimating future requirements.
- Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; and requesting special service.
- Follow up Production plan to ensure that the production is working align with the plan and complies with the theoretical production time Rate(Unit/hour)
- Train, supervise, and manage production line workers
- Analyze the problem that occurs in some stage which affects the production flow and propose a solution to be discussed with the production manager for approval or amendment
- liaising and arranging with other departments ( Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality ) to avoid production sudden stops which may affect shipment schedules
- Issue a Production Report daily mentioning the daily production problems and the details volume of production units and productivity rates
- Follow Up on the worker's task and solve quick line problems to accelerate the production process and reduce discrepancies
- Identifying and highlighting risks and taking countermeasures
- Analysis of the data found in charts, graphs, and other forms of measuring information.
- Providing technical support and training.
