Job Summary: We are in search of a proficient and experienced Track Senior Design Engineer to join our team in the rail and metro industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of track systems for rail and metro projects, playing a critical role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our transportation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and engineering efforts for track systems, including alignment, track layout, rail fastening, ballast, and drainage systems, adhering to industry standards and project requirements.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop track designs that optimize safety, durability, and constructability while meeting operational and maintenance needs.
3. Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and assessments to inform the development of track designs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
4. Provide technical expertise in track parameters, geometric design, track components, and materials selection, aiming to enhance the performance and resilience of rail and metro track infrastructure.
5. Support project stakeholders in the review and approval of track design deliverables, contributing to the successful execution of rail and metro projects.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Track Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in track design and engineering within the rail and metro industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry-specific standards and best practices.Proven track record of leading track design efforts for large-scale rail or metro projects, with a focus on optimizing track geometry and alignment for various operational requirements.Proficiency in track design software and tools, such as Bentley Rail Track, Autodesk Civil 3D, or comparable platforms.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Desired Skills:Professional licensure as a Civil Engineer or Track Engineer.Experience in the application of innovative track technologies, such as continuously welded rail (CWR), concrete sleepers, or high-speed track solutions.Familiarity with international standards and specifications related to rail and metro track design and maintenance (e.g., AREMA, UIC, etc.).Knowledge of track inspection and maintenance practices, including the implementation of predictive maintenance techniques and asset management principles.We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for excellence and a commitment to advancing track design practices in the rail and metro industry.
