- Review the tender documents to analyze the prequalification requirements and terms & conditions.
- Study new tender set of drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
- Price project different Bill of Quantities (BOQs) items with detailed price analysis.
- Propose different suppliers and materials for new projects and tenders.
- Draft time schedules for new tenders and projects.
- Develop tender complete package to be presented to all stakeholders.
- Participate in all post tender activities till contract award including (but not limited to) attending meetings with clients and consultants, clarify post tender queries, techno commercial negotiation etc.
- Keep track of projects’ statuses, create checklist for assigned duties and tasks, and report relevant information to the technical office manager.
- Any other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil engineering Minimum two years of experience in tendering.Must have previous experience in residential and commercial projects.Good negotiation skills. Advanced communications skills.
