• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of export strategies.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export
documentation requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
• Monitor and report on the performance of export activities, including sales, market penetration,
and profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor products and promotions to
target markets.
• Manage export logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Utilize ERP systems, CRM software, and other relevant applications to manage export processes
efficiently.
