Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including project planning, work scheduling, budget determination, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure project goals are clearly defined and achieved.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee procurement processes, including equipment purchasing and delivery coordination.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated financial resources.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure projects meet or exceed industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that may threaten project success.
- Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Design Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.10-15 years of experience designing kitchens for high-end global and Egyptian brands, restaurants, and hotels, with a preference for sales experience.Experience with Plan-It or AutoCAD software.Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and systems, and planning requirements.Good familiarity with project management software and tools.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to engineering, metalwork, and commercial kitchen health and safety.Ability to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as needed.A valid driver’s license is required.Open to interviewing candidates who are available immediately.
