Initially, we aim to provide dispatching services for MTA Transport LLC and eventually offer full office backend services to other companies. We offer lucrative pay based on the company's growth and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the dispatching of trucks.
• Book loads for drivers.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
• Assist with scheduling and load planning.
• Collaborate with the US-based team to meet customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
• Previous experience in dispatching or logistics is a plus but not required.
