• Full tender process: RFQ, negotiation, evaluation financial and technical offers submitted,
• Draft, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clear and legally sound.
• Negotiate contract terms with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to achieve favorable terms for the company.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Conduct risk assessments for new contracts and propose solutions to mitigate identified risks.
• Coordinate with projects managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations are understood and met.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documentation.
