Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Product Promotion: Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of our food and beverage products to potential customers. Conduct product tastings and presentations as needed.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Utilize this information to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Sales Manager. Track and analyze sales data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, including pricing and contract terms. Close sales effectively and manage the sales process from initial contact to final agreement.
Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the food and beverage market, including current trends and consumer preferences.Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
