Job Description:

The Technical Support Engineer will act as the central hub for all technical support activities with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This role requires a highly skilled individual who can train new field service engineers and technicians, handle claims and warranty cases, perform technical analyses, and lead new projects with irregular specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact for all technical support activities with OEMs.
  • Train newly hired field service engineers and technicians, as well as all staff on new products.
  • Handle claims and warranty cases with OEMs.
  • Perform technical analyses, including field visits for investigation, to define failure/problem root causes and identify potential improvements.
  • Participate in the development process of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and operation procedures, as well as work control improvements.
  • Hold meetings with clients as needed to resolve technical issues.
  • Lead new projects with irregular specifications, including large-scale and highly customized projects.

Qualifications:Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering (preferably in electronics or communication).2 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Maintenance/service background is a plus.Excellent command of the English language.Very good communication skills.
