  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve the organization's growth targets and objectives.   2. Business Expansion: Lead efforts to identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. Explore avenues for diversification, product/service expansion, and market entry to drive revenue growth and market share.
  3. Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, industry stakeholders, and decision-makers. Cultivate strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance the organization's market position and leverage cross-selling opportunities.
  4. Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the business development team. Set clear goals, objectives, and performance expectations. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the department.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal to align business development efforts with overall business strategy. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and leverage internal resources to maximize growth opportunities.
  6. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Monitor industry dynamics, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on opportunities.
  7. Proposal Development: Oversee the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients. Ensure that proposals are tailored to address client needs, showcase the organization's capabilities, and differentiate the company from competitors.
  8. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives. Monitor performance against targets and objectives. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.3 to 5 years of experience in a business development or related role, preferably within a similar industry or sector.Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing business development, sales, or strategic planning, preferably within a similar industry or sector.Strong understanding of business development principles, strategies, and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.Track record of driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market presence.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools.Proficiency in English
