Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.Strong understanding of glass production processes, equipment, and safety standards.Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving with a hands-on approach.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
