The Orthopedic Foreign Trade Sales Representative will be instrumental in driving the growth of our orthopedic and medical products in the Egyptian market. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of the orthopedic industry. The ideal candidate will excel in building and nurturing client relationships, navigating the regulatory landscape, and executing strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets within the Egyptian market, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Product Training: Deliver comprehensive product training and sales support to clients, enhancing their understanding and effective use of our products.
  • Marketing Activities: Represent the company at local trade shows and marketing events to boost brand visibility and engage with potential clients.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Manage the preparation of documents and follow up on registrations with Egyptian regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, including potential expansion into other Middle Eastern countries.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and drive strategic decisions.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Customer Support: Provide after-sales service, handle customer inquiries, and address any complaints or issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the orthopedic or medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of the orthopedic market and regulatory requirements in Egypt.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within Egypt and potentially other Middle Eastern countries.
