Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 3D Designer Team Leader to oversee our team of 3D designers and ensure the delivery of high-quality 3D design projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3D designers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation, and task assignments
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are met
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in 3D design
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
