Marketing Executive

About the Position:

We are seeking a talented, dynamic, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our Growth Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive the growth of Rology’s teleradiology services. This role requires a blend of talent, creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of health tech and digital marketing trends in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Content Creation:

  • Brainstorm, plan, develop and execute high-quality content tailored to radiology and teleradiology, including case studies, blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure all content is compelling, accurate, and optimized for both English and Arabic-speaking audiences.

2- Digital Marketing:

  • Create and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase visibility and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.

3- Social Media and Community Management:

  • Oversee social media accounts, ensuring regular posting and interaction with the community.
  • Engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and moderate discussions to build a positive online presence.

4- Event Management:

  • Plan and execute internal and external online/offline events to promote Rology’s services.
  • Manage event logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities.

5- Funnel Optimization and Lead Generation:

  • Develop and optimize the digital marketing funnel to generate and acquire new marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and growth hacks to drive lead generation, retention, and up-selling.

6- Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work with external parties, such as individual contributors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Support, to align marketing efforts with business goals.

7- Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI.

Location:

On-site, and then Hybrid, at Maadi, Cairo, Egypt

Working Hours:

  • From Sunday to Thursday, from 10 AM to 6 PM.
  • Hybrid Work and Flexible Hours after the Performance Evaluation.

Requirements:Minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.Experience with healthcare and health-tech marketing and understanding of the radiology market. In addition to familiarity with AI and tech-driven healthcare solutions.Proven talent and skills in content creation for the technology and/or the healthcare industry, and in formulating, and writing case studies.Experience in B2B Copywriting in both English and Arabic.Strong understanding and learning of digital marketing tools and techniques.Experience with SEO strategy and implementation.Experience in social media community management, customer engagement, and moderation.Skilled in email marketing and WhatsApp engagement strategies.Ability to self-learn, work independently, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
