Job Summary:

The E-commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's online sales and
presence. This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive online traffic to the company
website, optimizing the online shopping experience, and maximizing conversion rates. The E-commerce
Manager will also be responsible for managing relationships with third-party vendors, monitoring and
analyzing online sales metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in e-
commerce.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Oversee the design and functionality of the company website to ensure an optimal online shopping
    experience.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for website optimization and improvement.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including e-commerce platforms, payment processors, and logistics providers.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute online promotions and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and implement best practices.
  • Manage the online product catalog, including adding new products, updating product information, and
  • optimizing product listings for search engines.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the security and stability of the e-commerce platform.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on e-commerce performance to senior management.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.Proven experience managing e-commerce operations, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.Strong understanding of e-commerce technology, platforms, and best practices.Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and experience using data to drive decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Experience with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques is a plus.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development languages is a plus.
