This is a full-time on-site role for a senior property consultant located in New Cairo. As a senior property consultant, you will be responsible for managing propert listings, negotiating lease agreements, coorddinating with propert owners and prospective tenants, and providing excellent customer service and cultivating strong relatiionships with clients. You will be expected to stay current with real estate market trends and egulations. The senior property consultant should be ableto work well under pressure and be able to multi-task effectively
at least 6 months of experience in real estate or related fieldsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of the local real estate market and regulationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to details and excellent organization skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple clients and proprties simultaneously
