- Setting up and configuring new laptops and Pcs
- Troubleshoot hardware issues, desktop computers, laptops, fingerprints, printers, mobile devices and necessary internal maintenance
- Supporting TCP/IP and General Networking issues
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
- Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
Proven working experience in providing Help Desk supportGood knowledge with A+ and N+Proficiency in EnglishWorking knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote controlStrong communication skillsAdvanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skillsBS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
