  • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
  • supporting Win Server R2, Win11, Win10
  • Supporting Microsoft Office 365, 2021, 2019, 2016, 2013,2010
  • Setting up and configuring new laptops and Pcs
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues, desktop computers, laptops, fingerprints, printers, mobile devices and necessary internal maintenance
  • Supporting TCP/IP and General Networking issues
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services

Proven working experience in providing Help Desk supportGood knowledge with A+ and N+Proficiency in EnglishWorking knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote controlStrong communication skillsAdvanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skillsBS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
