- Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
- Lead incident investigations and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Provide training and support to staff on QHSE-related topics.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate QHSE requirements into project plans.
- Monitor and report on QHSE performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Promote a positive safety culture and environmental stewardship.
- Manage and develop the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance and improve processes by applying quality improvement tools and methods.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality requirements are met at all project stages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.- Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations and best practices.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.- Certification in QHSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- The chance to significantly impact the company’s QHSE culture.
