Assistant To CEO & Chairman

  • Creating and maintaining the office filing systems.
  • Preparing and controlling correspondence and other written tasks.
  • Reviewing and approving supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Responsible for preparing presentations and reports.
  • Produce a variety of documents, charts and graphs in final form.
  • Handles all courier requirements incoming/outgoing and maintain proper recording system for the same.
  • Manager, arrange and maintain CEO’s calendar/agenda
  • Organizing meetings, booking conference rooms and manage the setup.
  • Plan and coordinate arrangements for appointments, internal/external meetings and conference calls
  • Welcome all visitors and guide them to the concerned parties.
  • Responsible for Travel arrangements (Flight Reservation, Issuing Visa, Per Diems, Hotel Accommodation, Car Rental) etc.
  • Taking the minutes of meetings and translate it from Arabic to English and vice versa.
  • Handle expense’s reconciliations for CEO’s credit card and out of pocket expenses.
  • Responsible for the stationary and office supplies for the CEO’s office.
  • Following up on the deadlines issues to/for CEO are met.
  • Serve as a liaison with internal staff at all levels and support other Senior Management staff on other projects as needed.
  • Coordinating with other departments to carry out tasks given in a timely manner.
  • Compose letters and memo in response to inquiries.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience Requirements ,Qualifications, Education Requirements & CompetenciesBSC of relevant university.Fluent EnglishExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft office (world, excel, power point, access)Excellent in the internet research3 to 5 years of relevant experience
