1. Taking over all the open tax inspections and dealing proact. ively with the tax authorities for bringing them to closure.
2. Managing all the audit requirements and ensuring that the audit for financial year 2024 is concluded timely.
3. Following up with customers for collection of receivables and ensuring settlement of all balances within payment terms.
4. Taking over all the historical accounting and audit records.
5. Bookkeeping and accounting (very few transactions after 31 August 2024, as there will be no commercial operations)
6. Working closely with tax consultants for submission of tax and VAT returns and any other filings.
7. Handling banking transactions and coordinating with banks for term deposit investments.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
