-The Partnership Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining partnerships with corporate clients and developers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Potential Partners: Research and identify potential corporate clients and developers who would benefit from partnering with Project Pole.
- Develop Partnership Proposals: Create compelling proposals tailored to the needs of prospective partners.
- Manage Relationships: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring ongoing communication and collaboration.
- Negotiate Agreements: Work with partners to negotiate terms and agreements that are beneficial to both parties.
-Track Performance: Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Coordinate Events and Promotions: Plan and execute joint events and promotional activities with partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.- Understanding of the fitness or wellness industry is a plus.
