The Facility and Premises Director is responsible for overseeing the management, operations, and maintenance of the contact center's facilities and premises across different governorates, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, including ISO 45001. This includes managing the development and acquisition of new premises to ensure they meet the company’s needs and standards. The director will lead a team of facility managers, engineers (including architects and electromechanical specialists), and maintenance staff, and will coordinate with other departments to address the facility-related needs of the contact center.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or Engineering. A Master’s degree is preferred.Experience: At least 10 years of experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.Skills:Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in facility management software and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Management:Develop and implement strategic plans for the management and maintenance of the contact center’s facilities and premises.Oversee budgeting and financial planning for facility operations and projects.Ensure alignment of facility management with the overall goals of the contact center.Operations Management:Manage daily operations of the facilities, including maintenance and cleaning.Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure facility support for operational needs.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of facility managers, engineers, and maintenance staff.Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing development opportunities for staff.Maintenance and Upkeep:Oversee the maintenance and repair of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of facility assets.Health and Safety Management Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and other relevant health and safety standards.Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections.Investigate and report on incidents and implement corrective actions.Promote a culture of health and safety awareness among staff and contractors.Vendor and Contract Management:Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for facility-related services and projects.Negotiate contracts and ensure that services are delivered as per agreements and standards.Space Planning and Utilization:Develop and implement space planning strategies to optimize the use of available space.Sustainability Initiatives:Promote and implement sustainable practices to reduce the environmental impact of facility operations.Reporting and Communication:Prepare and present regular reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and project status to senior management.
