- Responsible for achieving the monthly production budget according to the annual plan
- Preparing reports on the extent of the investigation and the efficiency of the department’s productive performance according to the budget.
- Follow up on the factories in achieving the required productions.
- Continuously review warehouse balances to determine needs and quantities to be purchased.
- Follow up on printing presses and laundromats for the models that are released.
- Through reports on production and comparing them with the budget to know the extent of the investigation.
- Work on closing each order by comparing it with the quantity of fabric, the quantities of cutting, and the final produced quantities.
- Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies
- Conduct monthly forecast maintenance
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner
