Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership

1.    Leading of processes connected to change management

•    Review the RFC Fields
•    Assess changes impact/risk
•    Communicate with the technology stakeholders that may be impacted
•    Discuss daily changes in daily CAB (Change advisory Board)
•    Authorize the approved RFC
•    Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

 

2.    Technical Background    

•    Knowledge and Mobile Network Technologies to assess the RFC
•    IT background.
•    Knowledge in ITIL framework
•    1 year of experience in Telecom/IT Fields

 

3.    Stakeholder Management    

•    Strong communication to stockholder
•    Conflict resolution.
•    Apply best practice methodologies 
•    Consult and coach project teams regarding CM Process
•    Coordinate efforts with ither specialist

 

4.    Communication / Feedback    

•    Running daily and weekly CAB
•    Follow up on the previous day changes that implemented successfully
•    Follow-up to respond to the RFC requesters
•    Communicate to the CC with the changes that will impact the customers or changes that will impact CC daily operations to get Their approval

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience


Technical / Professional Expertise


•    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electric/Telecom Engineering, Information Technology or related fields or relevant equivalent experience
•    Basic Understanding of 2G-3G-4G telecom networks, network elements and telecom services. 
•    ITIL Foundation Certificate
•    IT Knowledge
•    Agile PM knowledge
•    communication skills
•    Leadership skills
•    Strong decision making
