- Achieve the annual target & drive the business growth
- Analyze the distributor / Customers’ sales/distribution performance & current strategy & highlight areas of development on trade channels & recommend an action plan for recovery.
- Reassessment & define the proper GTM.
- Led the distributor P&L to ensure a win-win partnership with the distributors / Customers.
- Handle the Wholesale customers & recommend trade aims to build proper distribution.
- Build the distributor capabilities.
- Set the customer's annual incentive schemes to drive sales.
- Maintain smooth communication channels with the distributor’s top management & ensure the agreed contractual terms are in place.
- Hold weekly meetings with the distributor team to communicate sales volumes, and achievements & identify opportunities/challenges & determine proper action plans for development areas & competitive activities
Bachelor's degree in any fieldMBA is a must.Min 10 Years experience in a Sales/distributor management role – Preferably in FMCG.Successful experience within the wholesale channelEnglish Proficiency; Excellent (Read, Written and Spoken)Proficient in Microsoft Office programs or equivalent IT tools & Power PIDemonstrable analytical and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership skills.
