Job Description:
As the Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of personnel functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and all relevant legal regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

Personnel Management:
- Oversee various personnel processes, including leave management, benefits administration, and performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and files.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance the employee experience.
- Enroll and control the all process that relate to medical insurance.
Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute engaging employee events, activities, and recognition programs to build a vibrant company culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative initiatives that boost employee morale and well-being
- Serve as a trusted partner and advocate for employees, addressing their concerns and facilitating resolutions
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding new hires
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Develop and maintain recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and support to employees on a variety of HR-related matters
- Investigate and resolve employee conflicts and performance issues in a timely and effective manner
 


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong focus on employee relationsThorough understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficient in HR information systems and data analysis
