  • Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base.
  • Business development for the startup business.
  • Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity.
  • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions.
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses.
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the Pre-sales team for future product enhancements
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence

Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer or business development.Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions.Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives.search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions.Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Automation systems, Electrical Systems.develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirementspersuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and deliverynegotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needscalculate client quotations and administer client accountsprovide pre-sales technical assistance and product educationwork on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as requiredAbility to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand mannerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation and creativity skillsWillingness to travelBA/BS in Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base
