CEO Executive Assistant

Reporting to Colortek Egypt Manager, the personal assistant will assist and enable organizational operations and effective service. Responsible also for overseeing the process of business development within their company to promote its longevity. Their duties include working closely with other company executives and management teams, meeting with potential business partners and maintaining existing client relationships and monitoring market trends to come up with new business ventures.

Key Accountabilities:
▪ Shadow the GM in his activities when needed. 
▪ Organize the GM schedule. 
▪ Organize the GM reservations (hotel, restaurants etc..). 
▪ Type various documents and electronic information. 
▪ Manage, organize and update relevant data and maintain a proper filing system. 
▪ Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities. 
▪ Create administrative forms, reports and guidelines. 
▪ Assist the sales dept. in reporting forms and follow ups. 
▪ Coordinate in preparing a new Virtual \ in house event. 


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. Excellent command of the English language (written & spoken). Presentable. 2 years of PA. Excellent knowledge in using all of Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Self-motivated, hard worker with innovative skills. Detail-oriented.
