Showroom Sales Officer (Females Only)

Reporting to the General Manager, the Showroom Sales Officer will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about Colortek’s products and services, to handle and resolve customer cases. Also, will assume the responsibility for proactively developing business opportunities in both public and private sectors in the Egyptian marketplace.

Key Accountabilities:
▪ Confer with customers and provide information about products or services. 
▪ Respond to phone calls and questions from guests in a manner that is consistent with guest service philosophy. 
▪ Assist with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management. 
▪ Monitor the cleanliness and operation of the store. 
▪ Operate POS system, including the proper handling of and responsibility for accuracy of cash drawer, credit cards, checks, gift cards and redeemed coupons as well as concession stock inventory. 
▪ Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. 
▪ Create quotations and Design Portfolio for customers for their selections. 
▪ Outline client design objectives. 
▪ Conceptualize and sketch design plans. 
▪ Use the Customer Relationship Management software to track available stock, manage orders with the delivery section, monitor and follow up distribution. 
▪ Use Customer Relationship Management to process and follow-up on customer cases such as complaints, support requests, etc. by referring and coordinating with the relevant departments. 
▪ Take and process customers’ sales orders, while implementing Colortek’s processes to issue quotation for services and products requested and follow up on conversion in coordination with the relevant departments. 
▪ Gaining short, medium and long term specification commitments. 
▪ Setting discount rates (with agreed limit) and determining price schedules.


Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar. 2 years max of sales experience (B2B/B2C). Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.Retail, sales & marketing techniques. Good command of given CRM software. Basic Math skills. Presentable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and approachable. Handling complaints & Negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities (multitasking). High level of energy.
