- Develop and oversee Quality Management System across company projects as per quality policy.
- Ensure manufacturing and installation processes are performed correctly using the right tools, materials and processes.
- Coordinate, implement and maintain a corrective action system for tracking quality issues, customer complaints and subsequent corrective action for manufacturing and installation operations.
- Inspect welding procedure, conduct welding tests and check steel structures measurements and dimensions.
- Hold the authority to stop work in case of uncorrected practices and/or cancel the stop work order upon satisfactory correction of noted deficiencies.
- Ensure that Non-Conformance Report (NCR) are raised once the activities deviated far of contract specifications or normal industry practices.
- Performing quality assessments in order to identify opportunities for quality improvements in products and/or processes.
- Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives that relate to assigned work area or projects.
- Plan and conduct periodical and upon request internal quality audits.
- Plan and conduct internal quality training and awareness sessions.
- Coordinate with projects teams to compile and maintain accurate records of inspection and testing.
- Attend projects progress meetings and alert the project team of any potential problems.
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Metallurgy is a MUSTMinimum of 4 years of experience in Industrial Electromechanical Installations.Experience in steel fabrication and welding tests is a MUSTExperience in material handling equipment especially in overhead cranes is preferable.Ability to relocate or travel as per projects locations.Accurate, analytical and details oriented mindsetVery good English language.Very good in MS Office
