- Coordinate sales operations, supervise the signing of contracts and disbursement of financial dues.
- Act as an intermediary and negotiate between buyers and sellers
- Coordinate the dates of the field visit to the property and provide the characteristics and features.
- Create real estate listings that are compatible with buyers ' needs and financial resources.
- Review new construction plans with customers and prepare available options and features.
- Responding to customer questions related to construction, financing, maintenance, repairs and evaluations.
- Help buyers to choose the right property and provide recommendations and suggestions.
- Identify customer needs and financial capabilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Bachelor's degree.Real Estate experience is a must.Ability to handle rejection.2 to 3 years’ experience in Real Estate.
