  • Follow up and update clients with the construction progress till handover stage.
  • Make site inspections.
  • Coordinate with the concerned internal departments to resolve customer technical issues and get the required information.
  • Handling frustrated clients and complains very professionally.
  • Communicate the requested modifications to the concerned departments and track their process.
  • Generating technical reports to the concerned department.

Excellent at handling escalations.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Experience in managing handover processes and ensuring client satisfaction.Solid understanding of technical solutions and ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.Has a relevant experience.English fluency .
