Product Marketing Manager

  • Develop and manage product strategy and roadmap.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, and customer service) to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Oversee product development from ideation to launch.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional events.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team.
  • Develop sales tools and materials to aid in product selling and positioning.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
  • Manage customer communications and act as the voice of the customer internally.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze product performance and market data to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports on product metrics, including sales, profitability, and customer feedback.
  • Use insights to drive product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Handle the purchasing and logistics with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.Experience with market research and competitive analysis.Experience in one of the following fields: UPS, lighting, automation, capacitors, LV products, or LV/MV panels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
