Leadbull is looking for a motivated tele sales representative to play a vital role whilst cold calling and conduct / adhere to the following responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service using script.
- Answer questions about service or the company and rebuttal properly according to a set rebuttals sheet.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close calls.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Setup appointments with customers in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
● Proven experience in a telesales agent role for at least 6 months.● Have a headset, PC, or laptop.●A stable internet connection and a secondary connection. ● B2+ English level.● Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects● Ability to build rapport with customers.Introduce yourself in a voice recording talking about your Sales experience.
