Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design and iterate on user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
- Collaborate with clients, product managers, and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design systems.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Job QualificationsTotal Years of Experience: 3 - 5Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for designing web interfaces.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.Experience with usability testing and user research methods.
