- Achieve showroom sales target.
- Replenish sold items with new products from stock.
- Follow up with customers to provide their needs.
- Convey customer's needs and inquiries to Retail Sales Manager.
- Apply cross-selling & up-selling methods.
- Perform daily physical check.
- Responsible for handling the maintenance cycle for damaged pieces.
- Building a good rapport with customers and keep them posted with L'AZURDE seasonal promotions.
- Apply the visual merchandising guidelines.
- Provide high standard customer services.
- Give the customers an orientation about the after-sales services policies and procedures (exchange & return policy).
- Adherence to the company's internal policies like Attendance/grooming/discipline.
Bachelor's degree in any related discipline. Experience: 2 to 5 of experience in Fashion Retail is a Must. Strong customer orientation to effectively service the consumers in the shops. Influential, Team player, and a great collaborator. Representable and possess professional selling skills. Excellent communication skills. Good to very good command of the English language. Working Days: 6 days per weekDays Off: 6 days per week 1 day off (Shift-based).
