Senior Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior inside sales representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales for our consulting and technology services, focusing on building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of our business.

 

Role and Responsibilities

1.Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through proactive outreach and effective communication.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services.

 

2. Sales Process Management:

  • Lead generation and profiling use our marketing channels to build a qualified database. 
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

 

3. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team, consultants, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client onboarding.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:Bachelor's degrees in business, marketing, or a related field; degrees in engineering fields are welcome to apply.Proven experience from 3-5 years as an inside sales representative with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience in selling consulting and business solutions is highly desirable.Strong understanding of the consulting industry and market dynamics.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Very good English is written and spoken.Track record of initiative and outstanding performanceAbility to build rapport with customers Strong time management skills
