• Follow up and implement safety requirements.
• Work to improve the production line’s/workshop’s efficiency and effectiveness.
• Deliver high-quality products according to standards.
• Control the production processes to reduce material waste.
• Manage the inventory of Work-In-Progress material to keep it within approved limits.
• Ensure the delivery of the production plan on time in full.
• Follow up and report on production targets such as production rate, labor performance, and raw materials losses.
• Follow up on the key performance indicators for production lines/workshops.
• Prepare periodic progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Train and lead the production workers to enhance their skills and performance.
• Follow up on 5S and housekeeping of production lines/workshops.
• Lead and participate in improvement projects.
