- Provides mentoring in technical and organizational areas across multiple work groups.
- Review project plans, specifications, construction agreements.
- Perform occasional field inspections of work in process on construction loans when required or requested.
- Review, analyze and approve architectural and engineering plans in order to assume that health care facilities are designed in accordance with applicable construction standards.
- Evaluate, select and apply standard architectural engineering techniques, procedures and criteria using judgement and best practices.
- Prepare and communicate appropriate correspondence to architects, engineers, designers, and health care providers, addressing any code-related deficiencies noted during plan reviews.
- Respond to staff/applicant inquiries regarding the status of all projects under review.
Bachelor of Architecture Engineering.3 to 5 years of Experience.Good knowledge with computer skills and programs (AutoCAD, MS office and Primavera). Excellent English communication skills.Ability to work under pressure.Flexibility to work at night when required by business needs.Team player with cooperative and committed spirit and problem solver.
