U Choice is seeking a qualified HR generalist to join their team. The candidate will be in-charge of the HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Responsibilities :
• Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer letters
•Implementing the onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Update job descriptions when needed.
• Administer the performance appraisal process.
• Monitoring closely the employees attendance and ensures compliance with the internal policy .
• Perform other HR functions when needed.
Job RequirementsExcellent communication skills.Excellent Presentation skills.Knowledge of HR systems ,databases & Labor LawExcellent English .Experience: 2-3 years in Real Estate company is a privilege .Age (25-30).Apply Now
