- Lead a team of architects engineers, and designers to deliver large-scale projects from concept to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Design and develop architectural solutions that meet client needs and exceed their expectations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design intent
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and engineering
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations
- Manage and control project costs, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Prepare and present project reports to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
