Office Manager

  • Adjust and improve overall office performance.
  • Organize work and office policies. Distribute and monitor tasks among department employees according to management orders.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings according to the agenda.
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Receive written messages, calls, and emails, present them to management at specified times, and respond to them.
  • Attend meetings to present the agenda, take notes, and document the outcomes of the meetings.
  • Communicate with different departments and ensure that administrative decisions are implemented as agreed.
  • Manage suggestions and complaints submitted by employees and various departments.

Practical experience in business management and human resources.Proven experience as an Secretarial or Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative AssistantKnowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and proceduresProficiency in computer use, Microsoft Office, and English.Tact, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage work-related issues.Ability to travel if required.Presentable appearance.Supports the HR and admin work.Practical experience in accounting is preferred.
