- Supervise and oversee the direction of the project
- Ensure that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, review progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers
- Select tools and materials
- Make safety inspections and ensure construction and site safety
- Check and prepare site reports, designs and drawings
- Maintain quality control procedures
- Find ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any proplems.
- Assess and minimize risk
- Help in negotiating contracts and secure permits and licenses.
- Any other tasks assigned by the administration or the direct manager.
Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Ain shams and cairo universities are preferred)5 yrs proven exp.in the same fieldPMP certificate is preferredPreferred field of experience: industrial floorsExcellent Command of English language.Excellent Communication and negotiations skills.Self-motivated, Can work under pressure and Persuasive.Presentable and time management oriented.Observer and attentive to details.Driving license is a must.Relocation is a must
