HR Specialist

  1.  Responsible for the recruitment process (Posting Ads, Screening, Conducting Interviews).
  2. Responsible for the onboarding process for the new hires, ensures smooth transition to the company. 
  3. Manage Employee benefits programs and answer employees' questions.
  4. Maintain accurate and up to date employee records and folders
  5.  Provide guidance on company policies.
  6. Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations.
  7. Update the Job descriptions and ensure that they reflect the position's duties and qualifications. 
  8. Follow up on the performance processes with the managers and direct them during implementing it. 

 

 


Bachelor's degree in HR or any related field. Communication Skills.Problem Solving Skills.
