- Responsible for the recruitment process (Posting Ads, Screening, Conducting Interviews).
- Responsible for the onboarding process for the new hires, ensures smooth transition to the company.
- Manage Employee benefits programs and answer employees' questions.
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records and folders
- Provide guidance on company policies.
- Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations.
- Update the Job descriptions and ensure that they reflect the position's duties and qualifications.
- Follow up on the performance processes with the managers and direct them during implementing it.
